About the property

The apartment is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished unit in a quiet pedestrianised complex. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking tennis courts in a small, peaceful complex. Ideal for anyone looking to work in the area as close to both toll road and coastal road making access simple.

This is a brand new apartment that is furnished to the highest standards. Linen and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. The balcony makes the most of the sun and is an ideal place to enjoy dinner in to the late evening. Local support is provided by our management company who will be pleased to assist with any special requests.

The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 child cot can also be supplied if necessary. This gives room for up to 4 people comfortably and 6 if required by using sofa-bed in living area. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has a television as well as a DVD player and a selection of dvd's. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

In the lounge there is a 2 seater and a large sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs x 6, TV + DVD Player

The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom complete with shower, wc and washbasin. It also has built-in wardrobe with a combination safe, plus 2 bedside cupboards with lamps. The single bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe and bedside cupboard with lamp. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, wc, washbasin and bidet.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and extra security grills are fitted. Secure underground parking is also provided.

A patio table and chairs as well as a BBQ are supplied for enjoying those long summer evenings in the sun.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Please note there is a surcharge of £100 which must be paid on top at the time of payment to cover breakage or damage to the property. This is completely refunded after the property has been inspected fully after your trip

Owner's Tips...

The apartment is in the La Cinuelica development at Punta Prima, a small urbanization between Alicante and Cartagena on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 40 minutes from Alicante airport. It is well situated for beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is 20 minutes walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor.

Villamartin is the nearest golf course and is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca. Also within the area is a large aquapark in Torrevieja.

Things to do on holiday in Punta Prima, Spain

Punta Prima is such a popular place to take a holiday due to the fantastic beach upon which it stands. The beach of Punta Prima itself consists of beautiful, white sand, which curves around the bay for as far as the eye can see. Even during summer, there is plenty of space on the beach, and all the town’s facilities are within a short walk of the beachfront.

Taking a family holiday to accommodation in Punta Prima is an excellent option as there is an enormous range of family activities and child friendly entertainment in and around Punta Prima. The beach provides facilities for endless water sports, and within just a few miles of Punta Prima accommodation you can find a go-karting track, 10 pin bowling, a sailing school and the busy resort towns of Alicante and Murcia.

There are also three golf courses which surround Punta Prima, meaning that anyone wishing to get in a round whilst on holiday or take a pure golf holiday to Punta Prima accommodation will not be disappointed.

Punta Prima is surrounded by magnificent resorts, some of which are orientated towards beach holidays, including Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig, and others towards golf, such as La Zenia and Villamartin. However, it is the towns of Torrevieja and Orihuela, which are both easily accessible by public transport from an apartment in Punta Prima, which allow visitors to sample a little of the Spanish Mediterranean culture. There is a large range of fantastic restaurants to be found in both towns, as well as excellent shopping and varied entertainment.

Punta Prima basks in over 300 days of sunshine every year. With scorching summers, where daily temperatures can reach 40°C and very mild winters, there is never a bad time to take Punta Prima accommodation.

Accommodation in Punta Prima is perfectly situated between Murcia Airport (MJV) and Alicante Airport (ALC), which are both within 50km. There are a range of airlines which provide direct services from the UK + Ireland, but for cheap flights to Punta Prima, try BMI,Monarch, Easyjet + Jet2 from UK or try Ryanair from Ireland.
