About Conchitta Villa

This air conditioned villa affords luxury accommodation of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and the other a twin with a separate bathroom, both have double wardrobes. The comfy lounge will also sleep two people with an additional pull out bed. Mosquito nets are also fitted to the windows.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding, towels and tea towels are available for up to 6 people.

A welcome pack is available when you arrive of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, wine and bread. Please let us know if you require anything else and I will arrange this for you.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the villa, if required. There is also a television with DVD player and a selection of English & Spanish DVD’s to watch, a CD radio with cassette player and USB port and there are also some English paperbacks to while away the time.

Taxi service available from airport to villa and also shopping trips available if required. There are also two new unisex bicycles for use if required and loungers to soak in the Spainish sun beside the pool. Babysitting service available if required.

Set in its own grounds offering a south facing garden and a large child friendly swimming pool (8 x 4) with 1 metre depth at shallow step end. There are steps leading down to the shallow end of the pool for children to access easily. The pool also has a Jacuzzi section to sit and enjoy bubbles in the sun! The quiet secluded garden and delightful trees offer an ideal setting for a bar-b-que or just enjoying the sun of the Costa Blanca in the garden or on the solarium sun terrace at the top of the villa.

Holiday rental prices

A service charge of €50 is payable locally which includes the supply of bed linen & towels for all guests on arrival plus the cleaning of the villa at the beginning and end of your stay.

Owner's Tips

There is a lovely restaurant within walking distance on the urbanisation called La Finca. They specialise in steaks at reasonable prices. There are numerous golf courses around the area. The nearest beach at Gran Alacant is approximately 30 minutes away by car. The villages of Hondon de las Nieves and Hondon las Frailes are close at hand with a number of bars, restaurants and local shops. There is a market in these villages every week. Two hypermarkets - Eroski and Carrefour can be found, a short drive away, in the nearby town of Elche within large shopping malls.

We can arrange guided walks in the mountains around Hondon; scuba diving, horse riding, jeep safaris and painting holiday breaks. Contact me for more details.

Hi I'm Julia and my husband is Mike. We are both teachers by profession but have now taken retirement to enjoy the beauty of the Spanish life. Our Welsh Springer Spaniel Megan also loves the beaches here. We do hope you will enjoy this area too!

What we love about our property
We have owned Conchitta Villa for 4 years now and love this part of Spain so much that we have recently moved over to Hondon de las Nieves ourselves. The area is tranquil and peaceful along with being hot and sunny most of the year around. The Spanish people are very friendly and the two nearby villages are typically Spanish, although a number of people do speak English.
