A place of relaxation awaits.....This beautiful one bedroom newly refurnished apartment is located in a central part of Puerto Del Carmen between the main resort and harbour, both within 5 mins walking distance.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a large private terrace with sea views. The property has been described as 'home from home' by clients who return each year. There is one large bedroom with kingsize bed adapted for the taller person of up to 6ft 8ins tall or separate twin beds (inform us of your choice when booking), separate kitchen, shower room and large lounge with two sofas.
There is everything you will need including Sky TV with basic channels, books to read and DVD's to watch over that all important glass of wine, a bottle awaits you on your arrival with our compliments along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a single put-me-up bed for the bedroom if a couple have a child. The apartment has a safe to store all your valuables and there is a iron, ironing board and hairdryer along with towels and beach towels if needed.
The complex has a bar/restaurant, reception, communal gardens with a barbeque for your use while staying at the apartment and a beautiful enclosed pool area. There is no need for cabs as you are within walking distance for the harbour with its many restaurants overlooking the sea for that romantic meal, and within walking distance of the beach and main resort for the restaurants and bars. The biosphere shooping centre with all the big brand names is only 3 mins walk for the ladies to enjoy an afternoon of shopping. The apartment is ideal as it is wheelchair friendly (for people with some mobility to enter the bedroom and bathroom).
A cot and highchair can be hired for £10 per week each, just request when booking.
Please note that for a special occasion or that special someone i.e birthday, anniversary etc we can arrange celebration cake, fruit, flowers, chocolates, champagne etc, just enquire for prices.

A £50 deposit per week is required within four days of booking and is non-returnable. The balance is due 12 weeks before your holiday begins.
Payment is accepted through internet banking or cheque.
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Within mins walk there are many restaurants, too many to choose from. The harbour has fishing boats coming in with the days catch and the ferry that takes you over to Fuerteventura for the an exciting day excursion. You can also take the 'glass bottom boat' tour around the coastline to enjoy an afternoon out at sea. Take a stroll along the coastline and you will meet up with the divers going out for their daily tour. Five minutes walk away is the main resort and beach which offers so many restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to go further out to explore what else Lanzarote offers our management team can take you for a 'private day out' to show you all the sights that Lanzarote has to offer from the fire mountains, Teguise market, Playa Blanca and many more. There is also a golfing range, horse riding etc within fifteen minutes. We have a management team who can give you all the advice you need for anywhere you wish to go.
No need to wait for cabs on your arrival and wonder where you are going, we can arrange for pick-up from the airport and return for a fee payable to the management team on the day, they will be there to meet you when you arrive and take you straight to the apartment.
I have had the property for nearly four years and work as a manager for the NHS so I am very organised. I love helping people find flights if they want me to and doing all the work relating to the apartment i.e sending out confirmation letters, keeping in touch with the renter and making sure their holiday goes as smoothly as possible and arranging their pick-up at the airport if they request this. Its great if someone is celebrating a birthday, anniversary or even on honeymoon, I can then organise all the little extras for that special day.
We have been going to Lanzarote for nearly 12 years and always hoped that one day we would own an apartment out there. The reason the apartment at Las Vistas was chosen is because we had been going there since we first visited Lanzarote. The complex is lovely and the people are great, 50% of the people that live on the complex are English. When you are sitting outside or around the pool it is so quiet and peaceful yet the complex is close to everything i.e the beach, harbour and shopping centre, all within a five minute walk. There are so many restaurants to choose from and the shopping centre is great for an afternoon shop for the ladies. I love all the property programmes on the TV so we are always buying new things for the apartment and make sure it is always nice for clients. There is nothing better than when you receive a review from someone saying how much they loved the apartment, it makes all the work that we do worthwhile. We also have a great couple who manage the apartment for us, they are Sally and David and they are there to pick you up from the airport if you request this, help you to settle in and answer any questions about Lanzarote you have. They even do day trips around the island if you want the personal touch instead of getting on and off coaches.

“We have just returned from a weeks stay in this apartment and have to say after 13 visits to Puerto Del Carmen this has to be the best holiday we have had there. The apartment is fabulous just like being at home, it has everything you can imagine in the apartment to make your stay enjoyable. Very clean, very comfortable double bed, located in an excellent position for the old town and the main strip. Swimming pool exellent size and you never had to get up early for sundbeds. Very quiet compex. All in all excellent apartment. And would like to say a big thank you for the welcome pack, specially the wine !!!! The only thing we did not like was having to leave and come home but we will be back next year for definite.
