About the property
This apartment is in a development close to the Portuguese border and the River Guadiana. Only 5 minutes drive to Portugal and The Algarve with its great beaches and numerous golf courses.
The apartment is fully furnished and air-conditioned, with tiled floors throughout. The apartment is located in an area with fantastic view of 18 hole championship golf courses and views of Portugal across the river. Rental includes access to the 2 golf courses at reduced green fees. There is also access to the 5 swimming pools on the complex.
The lounge is fully furnitured with sofa beds, arm chair and coffee table. The private enclosed garden has a patio and the remaining garden is laid to pebbles and planting. There are patio table and chairs for your convenience with access to the swimming pool from the garden. The newly open golf club house and the proposed shopping centre are within walking distance.
There is a shared swimming pool, and has brand new 18 hole golf course, with a second golf course due to open in November. The nearby town of Ayamonte offers many authentic Spanish restraurants, tapas bars and pubs. The fantastic beaches of Isla Canela in Spain and Monte Gordo in Portugal are only 10 minutes away.

There also charge for cleaning and laundry fee of 75 EUROS per booking, and a fully refundable deposit of 190 EUROS for breakages. Payable to the agent when you arrive and is refunded when you depart following inspection of the apartment by the agent.
Air conditioning is optional if required at extra charge.
Linen is included. For rentals of longer than 7 days, cleaning and change of Linen can be arranged for an additional charge.
About Ayamonte, Costa de la Luz
One of the most popular reasons that people love coming to Ayamonte is it’s location. This most westerly town in the province is just a ferry ride away from Portugal. However you don’t have to go across the water by boat and there is a huge iron bridge linking Ayamonte and it’s neighbour.
The local fish market offers some amusement; you can see the fishermen unloading their catch of the day whilst joining in some lively discussions with each other. Other parts of the town, including the Barrio de la Villa, which is the oldest part of the town, and the harbour should not be missed. If you happen to be in Ayamonte around the time of the carnival, then you´re in for a real treat. During this time the locals transform the town into a music and dance extravaganza and they continue in their festive moods until the small hours of the morning.
Owner's Tips...
It has 2 brand new 18-hole championship golf courses, with a second golf course due to open in November. The apartment is situated on the second 18-hole golf course. There is also golf clubhouse within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The rental of this apartment will have the benefits of the use of golf membership with reduce green fees. There are many local golf courses such as Islantilla, Nuevo Portil, Isla Canela, and on the opposite side of the river Guardiana in Portugal are the golf course of Castro Marim.
There are river Cruises on the Guadiana. Children's water park, go karting, bird watching, cycling, horse riding and the famous Donana National Park close by. The cities of Seville in Spain and Faro in Portugal are both within 1 hour drive. Faro airport in Portugal is nearest airport, only 45 minutes drive, and Seville airport in Spain is 1 hour drive.
It is situated very close to the border of Portugal (5 minutes drive). It shares the charms of both areas with all their advantages. The development itself will have leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as two international 18-hole golf courses. The apartment is very well located and is just a couple of minutes walk to the club house as well as to the commercial centre. The nearby town of Ayamonte offers many authentic Spanish restaurants, tapas bars and pubs. the fantastic beaches of Isla Canela in Spain and Monte Gordo in the Portuguese Algarve are only 10 minutes away.
