About the property
A luxurious & spacious semi-detached villa sleeping up to 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cloakroom, open plan living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The property is furnished to a very high standard.
Upstairs there is a fabulous superking 4 poster bed, air-conditioning, large fitted wardrobe, safe & ensuite shower room & a twin room 2 single beds with mirrored wardrobe, air-conditioning, complete with TV, Playstation 2 & over 150 games. The third twin bedroom has 2 single beds with mirrored wardrobe, air-conditioning and a sea view. The four poster room & twin rooms have french doors opening out onto a small 'Juliet' balcony which overlooks the heated swimming pool. All bedrooms have ample storage & are beautifully furnished. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, wc & bidet.
Downstairs is a large open plan lounge/dining area with french doors opening out into the back garden area, and to the pool. The room has a comfortable leather sofa with recliners at each end, a 40" LCD TV, satellite TV with over 500 channels including Sky Movies, Sports etc. DVD player with a film library of over 500 DVD's & hi-fi system which plays CD's, cassettes, mini discs and FM & AM Radio. There is a dining table seating 6 and a computer with broadband internet access. In the teak cabinet are books, board games and audio CD books. The lounge diner is air-conditioned.
The separate spacious kitchen has a stainless steel oven & ceramic hob, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, deep fat fryer, plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc - pretty much everything you need for that home from home holiday, but in the sun!
Stairs from the landing outside the bedrooms lead to the upper roof terrace/solarium where there is a dining table for 6 and 4 sun loungers, the roof terrace is front line overlooking the sand dunes of the parque natural, with a panoramic view of montana roja, los lobos island and Lanzarote.
At the front of the villa is a private driveway with an electrically operated gate, making it safe for children. There is also plenty of parking space immediately in front of the driveway.
The villa is fully alarmed, with a simple keyfob operation for your convenience.

About Corralejo, Fuerteventura
Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.

With tourism booming on Fuerteventura, Corralejo, situated in the north, is one of the most popular resorts on the island. More and more apartments are springing up each year to cope with the demand, and Corralejo which was once a small fishing village, has now grown into a lively colourful town.
Luckily, Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town centre, where you can 'drop down' and soak up the Canarian sunshine.
Most of the shops, bars and restaurants are along the Corralejo main street which leads right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town and the sand dunes.
These dunes (which are a protected nature reserve) lie just beyond the town. The dunes spread for miles along the east coast and this is what makes Corralejo such a popular resort.
Corralejo caters for all ages and there's a wide variety of things to do, from watersports, tennis, Glass bottom boat trips, Ferry trips to Lanzarote, Jeep Safaris, Island tours, Mountainbiking, Motorbike tours, Quad Biking, Paintballing, Sea Fishing, Paragliding, Kite Flying etc. The Baku Water Park provides hours of fun for the whole family. There is a cinema, tenpin bowling alleys and a market open mondays and fridays.
