Spacious ground floor studio suitable couples & families with two single beds plus a double sofa bed. Good sized bathroom with shower.

American kitchen fully equipped for 4, with two hot plates, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle.

Large patio with lawn area which captures the sunshine all day in the summer. The studio has lockable iron grills on the doors & windows.

TV, DVD, iron & ironing board and
there is a laundry room next to the reception

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

Owner's Tips...

A good day out is to catch a bus to Los Cristianos bus terminal walk through the high streets then back to Las Americas along the beach front. Sunday is market day.

There are so many bars restaurants on your door step you are spoilt for choice, also a breakfast or meal on the sea front is very reasonable.
