About the property

Superb location viewing three full holes (5th, 6th and 7th) of the golf course - binoculars provided to ensure no shots are missed! Your accommodation is within minutes of pools, supermarket, restaurants and town centre.

The ground floor has a spacious, improved open plan kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and utensils. Cool bag/ice bricks are provided for days out to the beach.

There is also a utility room washing machine, iron/ironing board, clothes airer.

The lounge has a leather corner suite, 32" flat screen TV (English channels, Polaris Package), DVD, CD, iPod MP3 Docker and a selection of after dinner board games.

There is an additional dining room with oak dining table, six chairs and sideboard.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with option to convert to two single beds plus ensuite full bathroom. Patio door to large terrace, table and six chairs, five sun loungers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, drawers and fitted wardrobes. Shower room, wash basin, toilet, bidet, shower cubicle.

The stairs to a mezzanine level lead to a quiet relaxing area, with additional single sofabed/chair. Additional roof solarium enjoys all day sun and spectacular sunsets.

The property also features Internet broadband connection via Ethernet cable - laptop required and purchase of credit using prepay cards. Valuables safe, smoke/carbon monoxide detector installed at property.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 5 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre's 18 hole golf course but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range - entertaining even if not a golfer!

There are 14 swimming pools as well as tennis courts. The unique town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
