About Holiday Apartment
Our luxury Apartment is in a prime location, and has a great position overlooking the pool, within a 3 min walk to the beautiful sandy beach, & commercial centre with it's great selection of bars, shops, & restaurants.
Spacious apartment, lounge with double sofa bed, satellite TV, CD, DVD, kitchen/dining area with hob, fridge, microwave oven, kettle & toaster.
Large family bedroom with kingsize bed & single bed, built in wardrobe, iron & board and safety deposit box. New fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, spacious balcony overlooking the main pool, with patio table & chairs.
One of the best kept complexes in Matagorda, it has beautiful landscaped gardens, 2 large swimming pools, with seperate childrens section, poolside bar serving drinks and snacks daily, and evening entertainment.
A taxi rank is located just outside the complex and the local bus stop is only a 2 min walk away.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

“Well what can i say, just came home after staying in this apartment with my partner and 7 year old son - i would recommend this villa to anyone. Reasonably priced and close to all amenities. The villa is clean and tidy and in a perfect position looking over the pool - pool bar great for snacks and evening entertainment was great! The owner Pete was lovely and it was a privilege to meet and deal with him and his family! 5 mins walk to the nearest shopping centre, taxi rank and excursion pick up right outside the apartment and 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, also has a shop onsite where you can buy everything you need - can recommend a great meal in the Steak House and the Chinese Restaurant in the shopping centre - also a great karoke bar 'The Funny Farm' there we met some great people and had a great time - they have just started doing a Go-Karting excursion on a Monday which is a must! Overall a great holiday and already asked Pete if we can return next year!! HIGHLY RECOMMENED Thanks so much Caroline, Mike and Liam”

with all you need to make your stay enjoyable.I would recommend Fu Gui Chinese restaurant
also the steak house for eating out.If you go to this apartment I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.”

“Have just came home 26/5/2010 the apartment is everything it is advertised to be.
There was not a lot to do at night but we were told it should pick up next month.
I recommend the fu-Gui Chinese we had the best chinese meal ever there and the
steak house for eating out
