About the property
Located near Manilva and only an hour drive from Malaga airport. This stunning air conditioned apartment comes with everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all linen, towels, crockery etc and the use of all on site facilities.
On arrival you will be met at the apartment with your keys, and taken through all the facilities, it's then down to you to start relaxing! Cot and highchair available on request.
This luxury air-conditioned apartment has the following features; large living room and dining area, seating area for 6 people, 6 seater dining table and chairs. Large LCD TV with DVD player and satellite TV. Living room and bedroom lead out onto sea facing balconies with table chairs and sun loungers
Contemporary style kitchen with full crockery and utensils and glassware to cater for 6. Appliances include a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, iron, kettle and toaster.
Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in dressing room, king size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, walk-in dressing room, patio doors to balcony and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, built-in cupboards and separate terrace. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Bed linen and towels included per week. Extra linen changes and maid service can be arranged on request.

This luxurious penthouse is located in a fantastic new development in La Duquesa, an area of the Costa Del Sol which has become known as the New Golden Mile. Situated halfway between Gibralter and Puerto Banus, and only 1 kilometer from Duquesa Marina you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within minutes as well as numerous sandy beaches and golf courses. The penthouse overlooks La Duquesa Golf course which was designed by Robert Trent Jones, as well as having sea views from both south east facing terraces, with the third terrace overlooking 1 of the 3 communal pools.
Being in the most southerly part of Europe, Duquesa Village enjoys a warm climate all year round and days in winter can even compare to a British summer's day - perfect for golfers who want to escape the snow and rain.
