About the property
Casa Tarantella is an attractive Spanish villa situated in the Costa Blanca. The villa is located in Pedramala, a highly sought after area in close proximity to the historical old towns of Calpe, Benissa and Altea.
The villa has unique and uninterrupted 180 degree views over land and sea due to its prime position on Pedramala’s mountainous terrain. The villa has recently been renovated to a very highest standard, incorporating heating and air conditioning units in all living areas and bedrooms. Casa Tarentella really is in a prime position whether you are looking for a quite retreat or a break for the family. Sky TV and internet access provided.
Master bedroom with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed leading on to pool. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with single bed. Bathroom 1 with bath, shower and wc. Bathroom 2 with shower, wc and washerdryer.
The kitchen is of good size and comprises of gas hob, electric oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the usual cooking equipment. Plates, cutlery etc all provided. Utility room with washer dryer.
The lounge is a large open plan area, with seating for 8 people. TV, DVD, video and Sky TV provided. Dining room leads of lounge and has capacity for 8 people. Another seating area for 4 people is between dining area and lounge. Living areas have superb 180 degree views of the coast and mediterranean.
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Cleaner comes in once a week (usually Saturday) to clean the villa.
The outside of the property has private driveway with gates, automatic night time lights and alarm system for security. The pool and terraces have outdoor furniture. The whole property is private surrounded by trees.

Owner's Tips...
Pedramala is quiet and rural, yet close to all necessary amenities only a ten minute drive away. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a short distance, motorway access is a mere fifteen minutes and the nearest train station only ten minutes away. The villa is also situated within 35 minutes drive to Alicante international airport.
From the villa you can see the whole coast line. There are several beaches close by, the closest being Calpe and Benissa beaches only 5 minutes by car. The beaches are very clean, both with Nautical Clubs.
There are several golf course near by, the closest being 10 minutes by car.

The closest airports are Alicante, 35 minutes and Valencia, 55 minutes. Car is essential if you are renting this property because of the hills.
The nearest town is Calpe only 5 minutes by car, Calpe has restaurants, bars and beaches and lots of shops in the main town. Benissa, Moraira and Altea are all close and can be all seen from the Villa. There are a wide variety of Supermarkets only 5 minutes away.
Along with the necessary amenities close by, the Costa Blanca boasts some of the top theme parks, attractions and water parks. Terra Mitica (theme park), Terra Natura (Zoo), Aqua Landia (water park), Mundomar (sea world) are just a few of the attractions situated a convenient distance from the villa - 20 to 30 minutes.
