About the property
Well furnished and equipped with a private pool. Located in a small quaint village close to the sea it offers the perfect holiday retreat for a family or a couple.
Boasting a spacious lounge which leads to an open air patio and the kitchen. One of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs is a separate bedroom which leads to a large sun terrace. There are 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one has an ensuite there is also a seprate shower room. There is a double bedroom on the 1st flor along with another shower room.
The villa is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, microwave lined towels, and a safe.
There are also sunbeds on the terrace and a patio table and chairs. English TV channels and a DVD. A cot and highchair can be provided if required at no extra cost. Linen change at the end of each week.
This fantastic brand new property is being offered at a reduced rate due to building works continuing on other new builds in the area.

La Caleta is a small village on the sea front - nearby is the 27 hole Golf Costa Adeje and just on the outskirts of the village we have the new Sheraton Hotel, Costa Adeje Palace and other luxury hotels..The village itself boasts several fish restaurants and a few bars...there is a beach a 10 minute walk away and the main tourist area is a 5 minute drive. La Caleta is the perfect location to relax, chill and recharge those batteries
