About the property

This stunning property is minutes away from Puerto Calero, the wine growing region of La Geria and Timanfaya national park. It offers an ideal location for a quiet holiday or romantic break for 2 or group of 4 wanting a peaceful retreat.

The property has a private swimming pool for the sole use of guests. It is heated using a solar system. The extensive gardens ar planted with a variety of specimen plants. Poolside sunloungers with cushioned covers are provided for guests use. Underneath the pergola are four comfortable chairs together with a dining table and four chairs. A barbecue is also positioned in one corner of the terraced area, allowing guests to cook outside if they wish.

Casa Camella has just been completely refurbished and fully modernised - it has ample car parking space.

The house itself has a lovely rustic wooden pergola, perfect for alfresco dining. Inside there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and lounge. All modern features such as satellite television, DVD / CD player, cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher etc are included. There is also a laundry room. There are superb sea views from the terraces and one of the two bedrooms.

The house occupies a quiet, private position, in open countryside, with the nearest house 100 metres away, yet is conveniently close to restaurants, bars and shops at Puerto Calero marina, only 2 minutes distant by car. The airport is only 15 mins away.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

All year round	£550 per week for up to 2 guests (Plus £150 per additional guest)

We do not charge seasonal premiums - Christmas / New Year is however limited to a 4 sharing only price, whether for 2,3 or 4 guests.

We also accept payment in Euros -

2 persons sharing - £550 (€715) per week
3 persons sharing - £700 (€910) per week
4 persons sharing - £850 (€1105) per week

Payment of a £200 (or €260) deposit secures your booking. Balance of holiday cost payable 2 weeks before arrival.

About Macher, Lanzarote

Mácher is a 20-minute drive from the airport. It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday in a private situation. Mácher offers a number of restaurants and a supermarket and it has wonderful sea views. Just off the main Arrecife-Yaiza road, the village is centrally situated.

Owner's Tips...

Local supermarket in Puerto Calero - a good size and very well stocked. Also very convenient is the supermarket at Macher garage, well stocked and opens until late.

Puerto Calero marina has lots of restaurants and bars to choose from, with Puerto del Carmen only a few minutes further with everything from banks, chemists and estate agents to bars, restaurants and night clubs. We can suggest many places to eat and visit.

A range of activity sports can be enjoyed on Lanzarote from road cycling to mountain biking, surfing, kiteboarding, sailing, fishing, diving, hang gliding, walking, painting and photography. We can make enquiries for you or simply put you in touch with a selection of appropriate organisations - which ever you wish.

Lanzarote is famous for its annual "Ironman" and "Tres Islas" triathlon races - simply watch or for seasoned triathlon competitors why not join in!
