About the property

Villa El Olivio is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom villa. A bright and airy villa on a corner plot with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.

The house sleeps 6/8 persons and features the following.

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second double bedroom with twin beds. Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. All linen and towels are provided not beach or pool towels. Second bathroom.

Lounge area with seating for 6 and double sofa bed. Dining with seating for 6. TV and DVD player. British satellite with childrens channels, BBC. Open fireplace, WIFI internet access (laptop required).

The kitchen is fitted out with microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Full compliment dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine, and iron with ironing board.

Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6.

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 8 people sharing.

October	£550 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit is required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia
City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

Courtesy bus running around all the Polaris Resorts (approx hourly during day). El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
