Villa Sant Cristo is a traditional spacious detached and individual villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms situated on a hillside just outside the village of Senija, 15 minutes drive inland of the beaches and resorts of the Costa Blanca. The property is set on its own in large gardens in a totally private position.
The villa has two floors, the upper floor has open-plan lounge diner opening on to the pool terrace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lower floor has 2 further bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms.
The villa particularly lends itself for rental as either a whole villa option or 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms main floor option without the lower floor bedrooms/bathrooms, ideal for 2 - 4 persons wanting space without paying unnecessarily for unwanted bedrooms. The 2 bedroom option is not available peak season. Please note, you have the villa exclusively, we do not rent the other part of the villa!
Villa Sant Cristo is comfortably furnished in a traditional style, has level and gated gardens, 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and far-reaching views. It is totally private and not overlooked by any neighbours on its hillside position.

The gardens and pool terrace are totally private with no other properties overlooking this villa - neighbouring properties are visible on the hillside below at a distance (see pics).
There is a child safety gate available for use at the top of the stairs leading from the lounge dining area to the lower floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
The roof top terrace is gated and lockable.

The prices for the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa option are £525 in June, July and September 2008
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. One of our team will meet you on arrival and show you around the property.
Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.
Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is 10am, although we will be flexible on these times wherever possible.
Owner's Tips...
The property is situated on the outskirts of Senija village, near the town of Benissa (5 minutes drive), which is a few miles inland of the popular coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea. The beaches of Moraira, Javea and Calpe are just 15 minutes drive from the villa, and in the other direction, turning inland, is the Jalon Valley - a fertile valley of red-earth, vineyards and mountains. The Jalon Valley is particularly popular for its antique market held on the riverbank in Jalon every Saturday, its wineries and its many country restaurants offering excellent food and the local wines. The village amenities of Senija are 5 minutes walk from this villa.
Nearest small shops in Senija village, 5 minutes walk. Larger shops and supermarkets in Jalon and Benissa, 5 minutes by car. Nearest bars and restaurants in Senija village, 5 minutes walk. Large choice of country restaurants within the Jalon Valley villages, 10 minute drive radius, and at Benissa, 5 minutes by car.
We think this villa is a superb choice for those wanting peaceful seclusion and total privacy without being isolated. The village of Senija is small but has a few food shops, a bank, chemist, and two popular bar/restaurants serving good food at an excellent price. This villa has the most and largest bathrooms of any of our property portfolio!
