GMTV has chosen Keymare Al-Andalus Thalassa and the Vera Area, as the best option of a vacational holiday after evaluating many other options along the Mediterranean coast (Sept 08). This promotion Al-Andalus Thalassa, was also awarded by the Spanish Property Awards 2006.
Tastefully decorated air-conditioned apartment with own garden area and spacious terrace.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. Two family bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2nd with bath.
A spacious louge / dining area and a kitchen, with all the necessities of home including a dishwasher for the busy mums and dads. A utility room is just off the kitchen with a fully equpped washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A small garden area is situated downstairs and upstairs with entrace from the hallway and main bedroom you have the use of a large spacious fully furnished private terrace.
The property is equipped with a 32 inch TV , DVD and for the Kids PlayStation II - kids will certainly not get bored in the evenings.

Prices are per week in Sterling Pounds, a 25% deposit secures booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. On arrival you will be met by our agent and provided with the keys of the apartment. A brief description of the electrics, complex and the apartment will be provided.
Upon booking £100 security deposit will be obtained and repayable at agents post stay inspection.
Large parties can be accommodated as we have access to 2 other apartments on either side of us.
Flexibility can be arranged on the arrival and departure times if requested.
The apartment is set in within the stunning award winning Al Andalus Thalassa secured complex. The complex has 2 outdoor swimming pools an on-site SPA with fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool. In addition 2 tennis courts and childrens play area / boule area are all set within beautiful and spacious landscaped gardens.
Situated within a short drive are 4 golf courses, each offering their own different levels of challenge, they are the Valle De Este Rosort, Desert Springs, Marina Golf Mojacar and Cortijo Grande. Golf excursions can be Arranged from Thalassa - on request.
Glorious sandy beaches, scuba diving and windsurfing, Aqua park 2 min from complex. Famous Mini Hollywood, Go Karting in Garrucha and many many more activies. Full information is available within the apartment on your arrival. The famous Spanish Bullring is 5 mins away by car.
Hi everyone my name is Michelle, myself and my husband purchased this property back in 2007. We have 4 children and have holidayed throughout Europe over the years travelling to many different locations. The idea of owing a holidayhome close to the beach appealed to us as we reside in the lovely country of Ireland but for some strange reason just never seem to get the weather to complement the beautiful countyside. In Almeria the climate boasts roughly 300 days of sunshine per year due to its unique micro climate, lending itself to the outdoor lifestyle, with plenty around to please most of the family.
This stretch of the Costa Almeria (the unspoilt Spain) offers wide, beautiful sandy beaches and on viewing Alandlus Thalassa we fell in love with the property straight away, especially with the added advantage of the beach and waterpark close by this certainly topped the chart for us. Located near is the large Parque Natural Capo de Gata/Nijar an area of outstanding natural beauty. For those with a taste for adventure, there is the opportunity to explore the caves at Sorbas. Visit the fantastic views of the beautiful Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar, and the fishing town of Garrucha, is well known for it`s fresh seafood restaurants.
