About the property

The villa is very spacious (2,500 sq. ft. interior) and totally private, not overlooked and is built on 2 levels.

Upper floor has 2 large bedrooms with air-conditioners; a bathroom with shower, WC & bidet, a separate WC, a fully-fitted kitchen; archway leads onto spacious living and dining rooms. A large covered terrace (with spectacular views) which leads onto the private sunny swimming pool with a large sunny patio, a fully-fitted summer kitchen and a shower room.

Lower floor has 1 large twin bedroom with air-conditioner; a bathroom with shower, WC & bidet; an open plan fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar; living room with a double sofa bed; a dining room and a large covered terrace (with spectacular views) which leads onto the spacious walk way in front of the villa where you can enjoy one of the best scenery on Costa Blanca.

Both spacious terraces are furnished with tables and chairs.

All rooms in the villa are large, bright & airy and with breath-takingly beautiful panoramic views of La Sella Golf & Mt. Montgo, reputedly to be one of the best on Costa Blanca.

The villa is detached and not overlooked. The private pool, with all day sun & spacious sun-trapped patio with 6 sunbeds are ideal for sun-lovers and BBQ. A summer kitchen & a shower room are situated right by the pool. Two large covered terraces with spectacular views provide shaded areas for relaxation & al fresco dining. A large garage & spacious driveway offer ample parking.

A totally private villa (not overlooked) with beautiful rural setting & yet only 5-20 mins drive to all amenities that include beaches, water sports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, bar/restaurants, markets, shops, castles & nightlife.

Situated in one of the most beautiful areas on Costa Blanca, this very private, detached, spacious villa with air-conditioning affords spectacular scenery dominated by the majestic Montgo Mountain & overlooking the 18-hole La Sella golf course & the Mediterranean beyond.

The perfect villa for families or couples who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday with easy access to local tourist attractions & the historical towns of Denia, Javea, Calpe, Altea, Guadalest etc.

There is 24-hour security at the entrance to the urbanization. Onsite, there is an internet cafe, yoga, massage, Spanish dancing lessons, pharmacist, mini supermarket, bar/cafe with happy hours, tennis courts, horse-riding lessons etc. (3 mins drive).

Apart from the busy months of July & August, the villa can be let as a 2 or 3 bedroom property which enables us to reduce the price for smaller parties. Please contact us for rates.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

Apart from the busy months of July & August, the villa can be let as a 2 or 3 bedroom property = reduced price for smaller parties (your privacy is guaranteed, the villa is rented out to one group at a time). Please contact us for rates.

25% deposit to secure bookings. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposit £280 (refundable 14 days after departure). Final villa cleaning £75.

High chair can be arranged by request.

About Denia, Costa Blanca

The historic town of Denia offers a somewhat quieter holiday than some of the nearby resorts. There are many beautiful buildings to be seen including the castle that sits high above the town itself and the old quarter near the fishing port.

The town has a couple of beaches, so whether you fancy snorkelling off the rocks, or lazing in the sun, the choice is there. For the more active, ferry trips to the Balearics are available and of course you can always hire a car and discover the wonderful coastline.

Owner's Tips...

20 mins from Javea or Denia with a castle, beaches, night life, shops, cinema, bars, restaurants & banks. 30 mins from Altea & Guadalest (must see), whitewashed casas & museums. Pedreguer, Denia, Costa Blanca - 85km from Alicante Airport; 95km from Valencia Airport.

30 mins from Benidorm theme parks & wildlife park (swim with the sharks), beaches, bars, restaurants, night life.

There are numerous local fiestas to enjoy. Don't miss the famous 'Moors & Christains' that each town and village celebrate at different times throughout the year. One of the oldest bullrings is in Ondara, just a short drive from the villa.

The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura and the water parks are a 30-minute drive away in Benidorm.

There are also caves to visit in Beniarbeig, Val d'Ebo and Adsubia.

Markets are held on different days in all the towns and villages nearby.

The fabulous La Sella Golf, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal is just 5 mins drive down the road, currently 18 holes but being extended to 27! Oliva Nova Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros has 18 holes and is just 20 minutes’ drive away.

Walks can be enjoyed from the villa, whether it is mountain walking or just strolling through the orange groves. There are of course many many more walks in the region to be explored and enjoyed.

Denia is full of cosmopolitan eating places, interesting shops and a castle that overlooks the picturesque port with daily ferries to the Balearic Islands - take your car or go as a foot passenger. There are boat trips to the neighbouring coastal towns of Javea, Moraira and Calpe, each with their own charm.

Local fare tapas, paella, seafood, traditional local Spanish food and many international restaurants to enjoy including Italian, Greek, Dutch, Indian and Chinese, all at incredibly good value.

Local activities include diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering etc.

Luxury Marriott hotel : only 7 mins drive. The pool and bar areas are gorgeous have a drink/meal on the patio overlooking the golf course; or pamper yourself with a spa, massage etc.

Valencia, a truly vibrant city, is just one hour drive away; or let the train take the strain from Xeraco or Gandia at around 5 Euros return! As well as historic and architectural treasures, Valencia has theatres, museums, designer shops, the famous L'Oceanograrafic and of course the port that staged the 2007 America’s Cup!
