This luxury modern air conditioned villa has been completely refurbished to an unbelievably high standard.

The villa has 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 people, 2 extra beds can be accommodated at an additional cost. All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor. 3 bedrooms have private ensuite facilities and 2 bedrooms share an additional bathroom. All have body jet showers and 2 have jacuzzi baths.

The villa overlooks Marbella Golf Course and has idyllic panoramic mountain views providing peace and tranquillity whilst only being 3 mins drive from the beach and 7 mins drive into the centre of Marbella.

The ground floor is open plan, providing 2 living areas, a cloakroom, dining area and a top of the range American style kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and second living area lead directly onto a patio, pool and outside dining area, these benefit from all day and evening sun whilst the garden provides sun and shade for those very hot days.

There is also a large roof terrace and utility area. Off street parking for several cars. Extra beds, cots etc available by prior request.

Marbella is the capital of tourism in the Costa del Sol. It boasts a great climate, offers fantastic beaches and is all you could dream of when going on holiday. These days Marbella has developed a rather famous following, with many of our TV and film stars owning property here, and this in turn has helped the area gain an “exclusive” tag. Designer shops and top class golf courses are available, albeit at a price.

Away from the modern facilities, Marbella has rather surprisingly still retained an old quarter, with many buildings having been painted the traditional whitewash and dating back to the 16th century. So whether you´re looking for sun soaked beaches to relax on, or you´re looking for something a little more culturally rich, Marbella offers something for everyone.

Owner's Tips...

There are numerous lovely sandy beaches along the coast. The nearest being a 3 minute car drive. From this beach you can walk to too many beach bars and restaurants, to mention.

The villa is within a 5 minute drive from 5 top golf courses. 3 in the direction of Marbella these being Marbella County Club, Santa Clara golf and Rio Real. In the direction of Malaga the nearest are Santa Maria and Cabopino. This villa is ideally situated for golfers as it is only 7 minutes drive into the centre of Marbella and is within easy reach of all the Costa del Sol golf courses.

The Sierra Nevada mountains are just over 2 hours drive away and are beautiful in the winter and the summer.

A car is highly recommended.
