If you are looking for a luxurious villa in a quiet location and close to Playa Blanca village then look no further. Casa Alexander is a beautiful detached luxury villa furnished with all your home comforts.

The master bedroom with aircondition and fitted wardrobes has large doors leading onto the patio and pool area. The twin room has also aircondition with fitted wardrobes and a window overlooking the pool area. Also in this bedroom is a TV with Playstation 2. There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, and a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The washing machine is situated in the utility room.

The villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with full Sky satellite package with large flat screen TV with DVD and CD player. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto the beautifully fitted kitchen.

The pool is electrically heated and for your private use with roman steps to gain access. Next to the pool you will find the jacuzzi hot tub and outside shower. The terrace by the pool is equipped with relaxing furniture to have your evening drinks and enjoy the sunset. The alfresco dining area is ideal for some shade whilst the man about the house tends the Canarian BBQ. The pretty mature garden is planted with tropical plants, palms, cactus and aloe vera. There are two bikes available for your use. Pool towels are also provided to save on luggage space.

The villa is situated in La Goleta, Playa Blanca with wonderful mountain/sea views, and a 10 minute walk to the sea. On site there are bars and restaurants, two provisions stores and a coffee shop within walking distance.

There will be a free welcome pack for you at upon your arrival with some wine, the, coffee, bread, butter, jam, water and much more, so you don't need to shop in a supermarket on your first day of your holiday. No extra charge.

Holiday rental prices

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis. It is mostly available Thursday to Thursday and sleeps 5 maximum. The vast majority of flights to and from the UK are on a Thursday and flight prices are more attractive on these days. Other arrival days will be considered subject to availability.

Please note the rates shown are for 2 persons per week. Please add £50 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 5 in total. Children under 5 go free.

A cot, high chair, bottle steam steriliser, bottle warmer and bed guard are also available on request. No extra cost.

Price includes welcome pack on arrival, use of jacuzzi, pool heating and free access to internet. No hidden charges.

We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips

Casa Alexander is approximately a 5 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the villa into Playa Blanca.
