About the property

Luxury villa suitable for families, couples or golfers, furnished to the very highest standards. Smokers welcome.

Second line villa so no golf balls landing in terraces! This villa is ideally situated to both the town centre and main beach area. With a private pool, sunbathing terrace, large dining patio area, and large internal dining area. High quality furnishings throughout. Originally furnished for owner occupation.

Sleeps 6 adults but can sleep additional children. Master bed with king size bed. Second bed with king size bed. Third bed with 2 double beds. Cot and high chair also available.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 - 8 weeks before departure. A breakages deposit of £300 (Or Euro Equivelant) is also payable on arrival, which is fully refundable on your last day, in the same currency paid in.

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.

Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.

Owner's Tips...

Close to town with many bars, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to the beach. Both Caleta golf courses are situated either side of the villa. 1 spare set of golf clubs, bags, trolleys etc. However, would recommend buggy, which all courses have plenty of.
