About the property
Apartment is situated on the popular well maintained complex of Mareverde which offers a good range of facilities and a central location. Situated in the Fañabe area of Playa De Las Americas only 250m from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is on the ground floor. It has two single beds in the bedroom, two double bed-settees in the living room, and TV with DVD in the living area. There is also an american kitchen fully fitted and fully equipped, fridge, kettle, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. It also has washing machine, and a big sunny terrace that leads to the pool.
Towels and bed linen are provided for the number of people that will occupy the apartment.
On the complex guests can enjoy the large freshwater free-form swimming pools with children's section, ample sunbathing terraces, poolside bar, restaurant, lounge bar.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife
The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960´s and now it’s brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers, but they can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you’re looking for an easy holiday without speaking too much Spanish, then Playa de las Americas is for you.

It is a lovely complex located only 250 mts from the Fañabe beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and other amenities.
Mareverde has 5 community pools and this complex is ideally for families with children.
