About Villa Teresa

Villa Teresa is an exceptionally well appointed 3 bed room holiday villa situated in a peaceful location just outside the town of Albox in Almeria. It is a very comfortable first class villa with both a private swimming pool and a tennis court set in fully walled and gated grounds, absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The fully air conditioned accommodation has a large and sunny living/dining room which has 2 comfortable settees, a solid wood dining table and full satellite TV there is also an internet connection.

The modern and well fitted kitchen is clean and bright and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge freezer plus plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware to ensure you want for nothing during your holiday here.

Of the 3 bedrooms there are 2 double and one twin rooms. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and the other has its own small plasma TV connected to the satellite system. The twin room also has a TV for watching videos on. In addition there is a full family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, the villa benefits from large grounds in which here is a beautifully maintained swimming pool, plenty of patio areas, a BBQ, a furnished pergola and a private tennis court. The pool has a low wall around it with a gate so it is very safe for young children. A large wall also surrounds the property giving you privacy and security, large double gates give you access into the courtyard where there is plenty of parking space.

Guests at the villa can also make full use of the games room which has a pool table,punch bag,exercise bike and various weights.

All prices are per villa per week and not per person and are fully inclusive of all electricity, linen and towels plus a weekly maid service.

50% deposit secures with the balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A refundable security deposit of 200.00 pounds will also be taken on booking and will be returned to you in full after your holiday assuming the villa is left as you found it.

Owner's Tips

This lovely villa is situated just outside the town of Albox, which is only 5-10 minutes drive and here you will find plenty shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

The popular seaside town of Mojacar is also easily accessible with its beaches, restaurants and its lovely old town set in the hillside. It is easily reached by good roads from Almeria airport where there are regular flights to and from the U.K.

Granada is another place definitely worth visiting if you are staying here not only does it have the beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace but also excellent shops and restaurants and delightful old a quarter with winding streets and pretty plazas. And for winter visitors there is the attraction of the Sierra Nevada.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
