About the property
Fabulous quiet location, yet close to excellent local restaurants, bars and supermarket within 10 mins walk. Many wonderful beaches, walks and bike rides to chose from just a short drive away. Nearest beach is Punta Prima just 5 mins.
Every room has either floor or ceiling fans. Air conditioning and heating also available.
Ground floor with lounge dining area which includes satellite TV. Separate fitted kitchen with all cooking facilities and additional utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Double bedroom and shower room.
The first floor has a double bedroom and twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower and wc. Landing with access to tiled solarium with sun loungers and clothes drier.
Outdoors there is a private ground floor terrace and tiled patio with two tables and chairs. Plenty of space for outside eating. The house overlooks the communal garden and pool. Safe, car free zone on ubanisation, unloading only. Gated car park.
The house is on a private urbanisation and the rules and regulations of the urbanisation must be adhered to.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 1 people sharing.

The weekly rate is for the house regardless of how many people are staying. For example if the weekly rate is £315, this works out at £45 a day, only £7.50 a day per person.
£100 non-refundable deposit will secure your dates, balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. A further £150 security deposit required, a week before arrival, returnable after satisfactory inspection of the property. In addition to the rental a one off cleaning fee of £50 is payable.
Air-con available by prior arrangement and charged at cost.
We accept payment by Pay Pal with a 2.5% surchage. Long term winter letting considered. Price on application
If you require a cot, hire chair etc. these can be hired by arrangement.
Owner's Tips...
Main town of Torrevieja approx 10 mins drive away with many bars and restaurants, world famous salt flats, a nature park, aqua park, cinema, bowling alley, excellent shopping facilities including open air street markets.
Other activities include fishing, horse riding, go-karting. We also have two bikes at the property which you are welcome to use.
Close to two airports, 20 mins from Murcia, 40 mins from Alicante.
The historic maritime town of Torrevieja, only 10 mins drive away has many attractions with its waterfront bars and restaurants. There is an aqua park, cinema, bowling alley, excellent shopping facilities.
Open air street markets are on every day of the week in different towns. The nearest is at Playa Flamenca on Saturdays. There is also local go-cart racing, horse riding, fishing and water sports such as jet skies and parasailing.

If it's lively bars and restaurants you are after Playa Flamenca Plaza has is home to over fourty bars and restaurants.
