Bellavista is a lovely villa with private pool situated in the area of La Alqueria known for its seclusion and tranquillity. It is five minutes by car from the village of Mijas and perfect for family holidays.
The villa has recently been renovated with all new furniture, and also now has full air conditioning. Bellavista has wonderful views of the coast and surrounding countryside from both the garden and the villa.
On the first floor is the entrance into the villa that leads into a very spacious south facing lounge area, well furnished with an open fireplace. From the lounge is access to one of the terraces and the master bedroom with adjacent full bathroom.
Also, on this level is a fully equipped full size kitchen to include hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms both south facing, one double and one twin, both sharing a good size full bathroom.
On the lower level of Bellavista is a well maintained good size pool, with another spacious covered terrace with plenty of garden furniture for eating al fresco and enjoying the beautiful views.
