About Villa La Platera 332
Located on the La Platera estate on the outskirts of Estartit, with a large communal swimming pool and located virtually on the beach La Platera is ideal for a family holiday.
Our villa has its own private garden with direct access through a gate to the good size communal garden, swimming pool and beach. The swimming pool is large and well maintained with a good size childrens' paddling pool. No. 332 La Platera has just arrived onto our books it is one of the original villas, overlooking the pool with sea view.
It will sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a private south facing sun terrace with magnificent sea views.
The villa has partial air conditioning, TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, washing machine, open plan kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. The living room has patio doors leading to a large terrace and the garden which has direct access to the swimming pool. The villa has secure parking.
Although there are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants located in Los Griells, which is within a few minutes walk, La Platera is a 20 minutes walk from the main resort and we feel transport is necessary for our clients to fully enjoy their holiday.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
