About the property

A lovely and very spacious two bedroomed apartment, which overlooks the 10th hole of Miraflores golf course.

Modernly furnished, this apartment would suit either two couples or a family as it really does give a lot of space. The master bedroom is ensuite with both shower and bath, whilst the second large bedroom (with twin beds) has its own separate bathroom with shower.

A separate kitchen has access to the large terrace which overlooks the golf course - very handy for having breakfast outside!

The living and dining room is very comfortable and again very spacious, with a 42 inch Plasma TV and leather sofas to lounge in after a day around the pool.

Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.

The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
