Beautiful villa, newly refurbished, in a lovely quiet complex comprising of only ten detached villas in Puerto del Carmen. Five minute walk to beach and all shops and restaurants.Great location for Families and Mature couples

The beauty of staying in villa RobRye is its relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, with the main strip ,beach and Golf course only minutes away. The best of both worlds.

The property has three bedrooms, one double and two singles one of which has bunk beds,great fun for the kids. There are two bathrooms which have also recently been refurbished. A new kitchen with everything that is required i.e. cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and all utensils. There is a small utility room with washing machine. The villa also has LCD TV with DVD player and satellite viewing.

There is a large south facing patio with sunbeds, table and chairs facing directly onto communal pool.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
