About the property

The apartment is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished unit in a quiet pedestrianised complex.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a roof terrace (solarium) overlooking two communal swimming pools and a garden in a small, peaceful complex.

In the lounge there are two easy chairs, a large sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs, wall unit and TV. A satellite TV receiver providing several English language channels (such as BBC1, ITV1, Discovery, Sky News etc.) is provided. A DVD player is also provided with a selection of films to suit all tastes including children's; feel free to bring your own DVDs and CDs for the player.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom complete with shower, wc and washbasin. It also has built-in wardrobe with a combination safe, plus 2 bedside cupboards with lamps. The single bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe and bedside cupboard with lamp. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, wc, washbasin and bidet.

The kitchen has a full set of cooking equipment and utensils including cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, with a fridge-freezer to keep any food. A washing machine is available in the area outside the kitchen, together with an iron, ironing board and a portable clothes dryer/airer.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and extra security grills are fitted, together with an automatic alarm system for additional security.

Bed linen for four people is provided together with a full set of towels. Additional bedding is available if requested for the bed-settee, allowing one or two additional people to stay in the apartment. Parking space in a secure underground car park is available.

The apartment is well situated for exploring the many interesting towns in the district as well as for beach and golfing holidays. A good variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are located within easy walking distance.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Prices are inclusive of electricity and water, but a charge of €45 is payable locally (in cash) to cover cleaning and laundry.

If you arrive after 8.00pm or leave before 6.00am, a charge of €15 is payable locally (in cash) when you are handed the keys.

Changeover day is flexible subject to availability. So you can book your flights to take advantage of any special offers and then book your stay to match. Minimum rental period is 1 week, but additional days can be added for a pro-rata charge. Please contact the owner for details.

Owner's Tips...

The apartment is in the La Cinuelica development at Los Altos, a small urbanization between Alicante and Cartagena on the Costa Blanca. It is well situated for beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima which is 20 minutes walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor.

Villamartin is the nearest golf course and is just a 10 minute drive away. There are several other courses all within a 15 minute drive including Campoamor, Las Ramblas and La Finca. Also within the area is a large aquapark in Torrevieja.
