A stunning superior quality 4 bedroom detatched villa with large private pool, double garage, whirpool bath and ample terraces sleeping 8 persons.

Villa Jacaranda is situated between the vibrant and historic city of Murcia and the vast choice of beaches on the Costa Calida. It is perfect for either a family holiday or a group of golfers. A true luxury home, both spacious and light.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open plan living area is furnished with leather sofas, TV, DVD, games console and hi-fi system. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard and includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, toaster, hob and oven.

The villa is set in a large garden with a private 10m x 5m swimming pool. There is seating, sunbathing and BBQ areas as well as a spacious double garage with remote control entry. There are golf users rights available to play on any of the resorts courses for 4 people. By renting the villa, discounted green fees are available. Renting the villa allows a 60% discount of golf green fees of up to 4 house guests (a substantial saving for anyone wishing to play golf).

Air-conditioning throughout even in the bathrooms! Underfloor central heating, and heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

The master suite has 1 extra Large double bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing room and terrace. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, ensuite shower and terrace. Bedroom 3 has 2 single Beds and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, downstairs with adjoining bathroom. Hairdryers are included. The beds in bedroom 2 can be zipped together to make one extra large double. All are furnished to a very high standard with high quality beds. Each room has very generous storage space for the use of guests. The terraces offer spectacular views over the golf course and surrounding area.

Holiday rental prices

£300 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit is required, along with the passport numbers of all persons travelling.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

Green Fees: The Green fees before applying discounts are : Championship Course 9 holes €45,00, Championship Course 18 holes €80,00, Championship Course 27 holes €110,00.

Mosa Trajectum has an old Parador which has been rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant.

Additionally just outside Mosa Trajectum (1/2 kilometre) you will find two Spanish restaurants where you can also buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables).

Golf Club Mosa Trajecteum is divided into three nine hole courses which have been host to the final of the PGA Europro Tour Championship. The Stone Course, Olive Course and the Pine Course, making a total of 27 holes of golf, offers the possibility of playing not one, but three separate 18 hole courses – depending on the ambitions and experience of the player. There is a spectacular nine hole Par 3 Challenge course which together with separate pitch and putting greens, a training bunker and driving range provides plenty of opportunity for practice.

Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante.

With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
