This 2 bedroom fully air conditioned home including 2 bathrooms luxurious living and dining rooms with private car parking space is one of a private development of only 13 duplex style homes.
Access to the development for residents only is through an electronic intercom controlled gate. For the sun worshiper the upper and ground floor sun terraces provide ideal space for relaxing. A shared swimming pool with gently flowing waterfall provides a further air of tranquility.
Atlan is just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach and just a 10 minutes drive from the airport.
Bedroom 1: with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and pleasant surrounds.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and bed side tables.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms have WC, sink, large showers, mirrors and are fully tiled and are of a very high standard.
Kitchen: Kitchens are fully fitted with oven, elec hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full kitchen utensils.
Utility Room: The washing machine is on the terrace so when doing the washing you can still enjoy the sun and fresh air.
Living Rooms: Lounge area has a large sofa, dining table, side table with lamp, 32 inch LCD TV, DVD player and a music centre. Air conditioning.
Other: There is air conditioning in all rooms. Surround sound and a open terrace to relax on.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The management company will provide guests with fresh towels and the bed linen on the day the guests arrive. Our management company speak English and are there to help you have a enjoyable time and help you in any way possible.
Casa de Oro has an outdoor pool, clean surroundings (fully tiled), waterfall and outside furiture where you can sit and relax in the sun or eat with family and friends.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking which is non-refundable in the case of cancellation with the remaining balance due no later than 6 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of £130 is payable on arrival which will then be refunded on day of departure after viewing of the property by the management company.
About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura
Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
Owner's Tips...
Fuerteventura is one of the larger of the Canary Islands and lies close to the Equator, because of its location this region is guaranteed year round sunshine with winter temperatures no lower than 22 degrees. The ideal weather conditions of this island make it a most attractive holiday destination.
The island offers peace and tranquility with breath taking scenery while at the same time providing all of the requirements of the modern tourist.
A 20 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride will take you to the Atlantico Shopping Centre where you will find a further selection of great restaurants and bars along with plenty of boutique style shops and a large EuroSpar supermarket. There are also lagoon beaches in front of the Atlantico Shopping Centre with sun loungers and parasols for hire.
