This luxury 4 bedroom, air conditioned holiday villa is set in the tranquil and beautiful hills above the picturesque village of Casares with commanding views over rolling countryside to the sea beyond.
Large gates admit you to the top courtyard where you can safely park your car. Steps then lead you down to a lower courtyard furnished with a teak patio set and central fountain.From here the front door opens onto a large hallway with utility and storage rooms off. You then enter the extremely well fitted kitchen with beautiful solid wood units. It is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of ports, pans, glassware etc.
There is a glassed topped breakfast table and patio doors leading out onto a furnished patio, just perfect for taking your breakfast on a summers morning.
The large living/dining room is beautifully appointed with very elegant furniture, a feature open fire place and a flat screen TV with satellite TV, there is also a DVD player. There are 2 sets of patio doors, one taking you onto a smaller patio with a comfortable divan type seat on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery. The other sets gives access
to the swimming pool patio. The infinity pool measures 7x4m, a large sun terrace surrounds it with teak sun beds and a swing seat. Around the corner you will find a covered BBQ and dining area with an extremely stylish solid wood outdoor dining suite.
The stairs lead off a large hallway with a cathedral ceiling and upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 twin. They are all fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard with 3 of them having full length mirrored wardrobe doors. The master
bedroom has a walk in closet and a full bathroom. There is a further full bathroom upstairs and a shower room with wc downstairs.
In conclusion then Cortijo los Olivos is a very elegant and quite delightful house. It is light and airy and very spacious in addition to which no expense as been spared to make your holiday there as comfortable as possible.

The Christmas/New Year period is for 8 nights, these can vary from those advertised to suit you, and the Villa will be decorated with tree, trimmings, candles etc. and a special Christmas welcome pack provided.
The charming white village of Casares is about 5 minutes away by car. It is still a very traditional Spanish pueblo blanco with its narrow winding streets and sugar cube house all piled one on top of the other. The people are very friendly and welcoming
of the many visitors that now come to the area. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in the village itself and further good quality restaurants such as el Forjador, Arroyo Hondo and Los Molinos in the nearby countryside.
The Costa del Sol is about 20 minutes away so if you tire of all the peace and quite you can easily avail yourself of all that is on offer there. Estepona is the nearest large town and Gibraltar is also only about 30 minutes away. In addition of course there are many first class golf courses in the area.
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.
