We offer a superbly furnished, brand new and fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom town house with rooftop solarium, balcony, front verandah and underground car parking. It is situated in a quiet residential area, and yet it is close enough to beaches and all the facilities that go to make for a fantastic holiday.

The development benefits from two swimming pools set in well-maintained gardens.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double sofa-bed suitable for children in the lounge. The bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes with ample room.

The apartment is furnished in a classic Spanish style. The TV shows all popular British channels. A separate utility room is fitted with a washing machine.

The rooftop solarium is ideal for private sunbathing during the day or enjoying the warm evenings under stars.

The underground car park keeps your car both secure and cool.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

A mandatory cleaning charge of £40 is applied, irrespective of length of stay, in addition to the weekly rate shown above.

If guests stay for longer than one week they can opt for maid service to include an apartment clean and linen change for £40.

16km of 'Blue Flag' beaches of Orihuela Costa is within easy reach of the property.

The bustling town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away. The historic town of Orihuela is 15 minutes away. Theraputic muds of the Mar Menor is just 30 minutes away. 4 championship golf courses are within 10 minutes.

Local attractions include go-karting, the Habaneras commercial centre, marinas at Torrevieja and Cabo Roig.

Numerous local restaurants cater for the complete range of cuisine, taste and budget.
