About the property

Beautiful new apartment on water themed complex close to beaches, water park, golf courses, restaurants and bars.

All new furniture and appliances. Large lounge/diner with flatscreen TV, music centre, DVD player, Playstation, books and DVD's, two comfy sofas.

Extremely spacious terrace with garden furniture, sunloungers, plants, pergola and beautiful feature Andalusian style arch - a lovely place to relax with candles and sangria or just to shade you from the 320 days average sunshine per year.

Master bedroom with fully fitted en-suite and large wardrobes. Twin bedroom with own bathroom and large wardrobes, comfortably sleeping 4 people.

Fully fitted kitchen with lots of appliances, full height fridge freezer, built-in combi microwave, glass hob, oven and extractor, dishwasher and washing machine.

We have added lots of little touches to make this a special place to stay. The spa, tennis courts, fountains, waterfalls and beautiful walkways make this development something really special.

All above prices include use of the Spa (subject to opening times) which has a small gym, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and water therapy area. Also included are use of the tennis court, paddle tennis court and two large outdoor pools.

The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and on departure, and there is a weekly linen and towel change. Our keyholder will meet you and demonstrate appliances.

Owner's Tips...

So many things to do with an overall appeal to all age groups and holidaymakers. Golfers have a choice of Valle del Este, Marina Golf Mojacar, Desert Springs and Cortijo Grande all nearby.

The Blue Flag beach is miles long with bars and restaurants stretched along its frontage. Vera Water Park is right on your doorstep within walking distance or a few minutes by car.

The Centro Hispania complex by the beach and Water Park contains a wonderful Chinese buffet restaurant - The Wok Buffet - extremely popular at less than 10 euros per head- an Argentinian Steak Restaurant, Coffee Shops with gorgeous Ice Cream and Gateaux and a great roof terrace with views of the beach.

The Creamfields Festival is held just down the road in Villaricos (walk along the beach) in August every year. There is a Bullring in Vera (a typical Spanish town), loads of markets every day of the week, Go Karting, Riding, Diving and The Tabernas Desert/Cabo de Gata parks close by. Mojacar Strip and Mojacar Pueblo are full of shops and restaurants and Garrucha, famous for its seafood, has an evening market on the beach promenade every evening in August
