About the property
Jazmín and Lavanda (Jasmine and Lavender) are two new contemporary neighbouring apartments situated on the recently-completed high-quality development of Green Paradise at Pego.

Jazmín and Lavanda are neighbouring apartments on the second floor so benefit from being the only apartments on their level with only the loft apartment above them. The views from the terraces are commanding - to one side, spectacular mountain scenery, and to the other side, the coast at Denia can be seen in the distance.

About Denia, Costa Blanca
The historic town of Denia offers a somewhat quieter holiday than some of the nearby resorts. There are many beautiful buildings to be seen including the castle that sits high above the town itself and the old quarter near the fishing port.
The town has a couple of beaches, so whether you fancy snorkelling off the rocks, or lazing in the sun, the choice is there. For the more active, ferry trips to the Balearics are available and of course you can always hire a car and discover the wonderful coastline.
Owner's Tips...
The apartments, Jazmín and Lavanda, are located on a new development, completed March 2008, on the outskirts of Pego town and within easy walking distance of all amenities. A short drive away over the mountain to the south, and within 15 minutes drive of the apartments, is the Jalon Valley with numerous choices of rustic restaurants.
The Pego Valley is a few miles inland of the bustling coastal resort of Denia and yet it feels like a different world. The agricultural land here is orange groves tucked in behind high mountain ranges which separate it from the neighbouring Orba and Jalon Valleys. The town of Pego is refreshingly unspoilt and although English is spoken in many places, you will have ample opportunity to try out your Spanish. Jazmín and Lavanda are offered for the 2008 season at a very affordable price and we think they are elegant, stylish and perfect for the family or couple who are looking for an alternative to the standard beach holiday.
