Jazmin is a modern apartment situated on the quality development of Green Paradise at Pego (completed 2008).

The apartment is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Jazmin consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a south-facing private terrace area, lounge/dining area, fitted equipped kitchen, utility room, underground parking, private elevator to your front door.

Green Paradise is a quality and stylish development with landscaped gardens and 2 large swimming pools for use by the 104 apartments. Jazmin is on the second floor so benefits from being one of only two apartments on this level with only the loft apartment above. The views from the terrace are commanding - to one side, spectacular mountain scenery, and to the other side, the coast at Denia can be seen in the distance.

South facing terrace overlooking gardens and pools, 4 relaxer chairs. Balcony running across rear of the apartment overlooking Pego town. Elevator from ground floor to second floor landing which is access only to Jazmin and one other apartment. Fully landscaped gardens with pergola and decking areas at each of two swimming pools. Underground secure parking.

Welcome pack of ham, cheese, bread, butter, wine, water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet tissue and soap is provided.

Holiday rental prices

Linens and towels are included and are changed weekly. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

The owners will meet you on arrival to show you around and tell you about the local area.

£100 refundable security damages deposit which is repayable within 10 days of your departure once the property has been cleaned/changed over.

We can accept payment by credit card.

Owner's Tips

Jazmin is located on a new development, completed March 2008, on the outskirts of Pego town and within easy walking distance of all amenities. A short drive away over the mountain to the south, and within 15 minutes drive of the apartments, is the Jalon Valley with numerous choices of rustic restaurants.

The Pego Valley is a few miles inland of the bustling coastal resort of Denia and yet it feels like a different world. The agricultural land here is orange groves tucked in behind high mountain ranges which separate it from the neighbouring Orba and Jalon Valleys. The town of Pego is refreshingly unspoilt and although English is spoken in many places, you will have ample opportunity to try out your Spanish.

Jazmin is offered at a very affordable price and we think the apartment is elegant, stylish and perfect for the family or couple who are looking for an alternative to the standard beach holiday.

About us
I started my business Find The Real Spain from the successful and extremely enjoyable experience of renting my own property, La Terraza, in the Jalon Valley. Friends and neighbours here in Spain approached me to rent their properties for them and that´s how the business started! I have a portfolio of around 30 properties for holiday rental - individual, high-quality and all with private pools, in the areas of the Jalon Valley, inland Costa Blanca and inland Costa del Azahar (between Alicante and Valencia).

What we love about our business
I´ve always enjoyed travel, homes, gardens and sunshine so I guess this is the ultimate job for me! We offer a very "hands on" approach to our guests ensuring that they are met on arrival, shown around their holiday property, answer any questions they may have on arrival and we are always at the end of a phone for support if required during their stay (the holiday property information folder is comprehensive but there is always further information that can be helpful depending on the guests´ particular interests).
