About the property
Paraiso de la Bahia is a very pleasant small, new development set well back off the main road. It is a private gated enclosure with lots of open spaces and lush gardens. There is a children's play area, two good sized swimming pools plus two smaller ones designed for children. Both swimming pool areas have toilets and showers for your convenience. It is just a short stroll from Paraiso de la Bahia to an excellent beach with a beach bar and restaurant and about 10 minutes by car to the attractive seaside town of Estepona.
This ground floor air conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a large living/dining room and a modern well equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite fully tiled bathroom and access through patio doors to the large terrace. They both have ample built in storage space. In addition there is a second fully tiled family bathroom. The bed in the double room can be unzipped to make two singles if required.
The living/dining room also has large sliding doors leading out onto the patio. Satelite TV is installed in the living room along with a DVD player and a video. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and a good collection of pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc.
In short the apartment has been tastefully furnished and well equipped to make your stay at Paraiso de la Bahia as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Owner's Tips...
The delightful town of Estepona is but a short distance away and along with all the modern shops and the wonderful clean beach that you would expect from this end of the Costa del Sol it still retains much of its original charm as an old mediterranean fishing village and is a pleasant place to while away a few hours exploring or sitting at one of the out door cafes in the Plaza del Flores.
5 minutes in the opposite direction brings you to the up and coming resort of Sabinillas.Here you will find lots of bars and restaurants and a lovely long Paseo Maritimo ( promenade) all the way along the front. A little further along is the picturesque Port of Duquesa where once more you will find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and nightlife.
