About San Francisco II [2]
A ground floor studio apartment (refurbished in April 2011), situated on the lower level of complex, with private gated sun terrace to enjoy sun until it sets on a small friendly complex. Well equipped for self catering, has microwave, mini oven, toaster electric hob, fridge,but close to restaurants if you don't want to cook.
Twin beds and pull out sofa bed. Walk in shower, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, english sky freeview tv, washing machine.
Complex has pool and pool bar with ample sunbeds and terraces. Views of sea, harbour and Fuerteventura from the sun terraces/pool bar.
A short walk takes you to the harbour/beach with the many restaurants and shops, or take the coast path situated at the end of the road to Puerto Calero. Close to local transport taxi/buses. Short transfer from airport. A lovely base to enjoy your holiday in Lanzarote.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
Owner's Tips
Many beautiful walks along the coastal paths. Short walk to harbour and Playa Chica beach. Join in local fiestas and carnivals held in and around the harbour where you'll find many international choices of restaraunts, sports bars and tapas bars.
If you are a cyclist, there is an area on terrace to keep your bike.
From the beaches enjoy, scuba diving, snorkelling, jet skis and boat trips. Drive or take a coach trip to Teguise market, Timanfaya volcano National Park, Cactus Gardens,Tropical Park and Volcanic caves.
Or just relax by the pool!!!

We are Wendy and Karen (Stepmother and Stepdaughter) - we loved Lanzarote and the complex so much that we decided to club together and buy the apartment. We use it regularly for our holidays with our families.

“It was lovely. Very ideally located . close to shops, restuarants and yet private enough. The pools were well maintained , quiet and relaxing. The apartment was very clean and ideal for 2 people.”

“14-21st February 2010. We spent a relaxed,comfortable week at `Villa Jasmine'. It had everything we needed - even sun some days.
The location is excellent. The studio is conveniently next to the lower entrance, reception area & pool. The complex gates are locked at night.
There are handy & reasonably priced supermarkets at both top & lower gates.
The several restaurants close by offered different cuisines and we had great meals with excellent service and just a short walk takes you to even more places to eat, drink & be entertained.
People are very friendly indeed. We will definitely return!!”
