About the property

This very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment is set on the exclusive Roda Golf and Beach Resort. The resort is built round an excellent 18 hole par 72 Golf Course designed by Dave Thomas, one of Europe's most prestigious golf course designers. The Golf Course is run by the De Vere Group and part of their group is the De Vere Belfry the venue used for the Ryder Cup.

Inside the apartment it has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

There is a flat screen TV in the living area with English TV and also DVD and stereo system. The living area is comfortable for 4 people and has excellent views of the swimming pool which is just steps away from the terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed overlooking the pool with electric shutters and the 2nd bedroom is a twin room overlooking the front of the apartment. All rooms have central heating radiators and fans.

The terrace is 15sqm and is equipped with table and 4 chairs and is literally just a few paces away from the swimming pool.

The apartment is located about 5 mins away from the Clubhouse and golf course. At the clubhouse you can enjoy a drink and meal. The resort itself is about 2 mins drive to Los Alcazares and Los Narejos and its award winning beaches of the Mar Menor.

This apartment is suitable for the older person and is wheelchair friendly.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

1st July - 31st August 2008	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
1st September - 31st October 2008	£275 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
1st November 2008 - 19 December 2008	£250 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
20 December 2008 - 2 January 2009	£375 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

Upon booking a deposit of 25% will be required immediately. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. You will be notified to pay the balance by your preferred choice of communication.

A £100 returnable deposit will be required to be paid at the time of booking. This is a guarantee against damage or misue of the property. This is fully refundable at the end of the booking period (please allow up to 14 days) for receipt.

There will be additional costs for meet and greet if outside normal working hours, welcome packs, airport transfers etc.

The rental costs include the provision of bedlinen, towels and laundry. There is however a 60 euro charge for cleaning of the property on your departure.

Owner's Tips...

The nearest town is Los Alcazares with its shops, bars and restaurants. The Mar Menor has a beautiful natural seawater lagoon which is so safe for children. Along its 8km promenade, you will find small bars selling tapas and local beers. A short distance away in Las Silinas are the salt lakes which shine pink and there are some lovely walks around this area.
