This beautiful detached villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to exquisite sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, banks etc. There is a self-contained flat for 2 adults adjacent to the villa; ideal for families with company preferring their own space.
Villa Santiago with large lockable iron gates is peacefully situated in a secure and quiet cul-de-sac amid landscaped gardens and grounds. It will appeal to people seeking a tranquil lifestyle. The top area of the villa, normally occupied by the owners, is left vacant. The fully self-contained ground floor is therefore shielded and insulated from any hot sun by the building above, thus creating a comparatively cooler and comfortable ambience. The villa and pool are south facing, thus ensuring sun is on the pool all day from sunrise to sunset. There is easy access via Roman steps to a shallow pool depth of 1 metre that slopes to a depth of 2 metres. The outside pool shower is secluded.
At the side of the villa is an apartment with toilet & shower, double bedroom, complete kitchen and living room with T.V. BBC Prime and English films. It's available for holidaymakers wishing to share each others company and the pleasures of their own space.

Our villa and pool are cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedlinen and house towels are included in the price, changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach towels
About Moraira, Costa Blanca
An exclusive location with beautiful coastline and great facilities including shopping, sports, a castle and great restaurants. Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.
Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.
There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.
Owner's Tips...
The local amenities of supermarkets, restaurants & bars are within 1/3mile. The villa is in the unique, slightly inland position of enjoying an unobstructed view over the town, without being subjected to its noise. The nearest beach is exactly 1 mile distant. From Alicante airport, Moraira is 85 kilometers 1hour 15 min. & from Valencia airport 1hour 30 min.
Take a sailing trip along the coast on a catamaran from Denia viewing the rugged landscape of the Costa Blanca and have time for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing along the way. There are trips to watch the sunset from the sea, beach party cruises and trips in glass bottom boats. There are 2 golf courses 10 drive from villa.
Drive in your own car to the mountain village of Guadalest in a fortress village that dates back to the middle ages, overlooking the large scenic reservoir, stopping on route for a traditional meal at one of the many typical, village restaurants.
Benidorm is a 20 min. drive away. An evening theatre show at Benidorm Palace including dinner & wine is a must. During the day, enjoy the water sports of Aqualandia, or the spectacular dolphin performance and exotic animal park of Mundamar. You will need a full day to experience the fun & thrills of the Terra Mitica theme park. In fact you will find your holiday time too short to take in all the delights available, so visit the Moraira Tourist centre and make your choice
