About the property
A lovely, comfortably furnished, one- bedroom apartment situated adjacent to Villa Santiago and less than one mile from Moraira town with supermarkets and a multiplicity of shops, bars and restaurants.
This annexe with private entrance provides full comfortable, living facilities for two non smoking adults. The T.V. has BBC Prime and English films. It is ideal for couples wishing to explore the Costa Blanca (White Coast) for business or pleasure. Short or medium term lets are possible.
Villa Santiago with large, lockable iron gates, is peacefully situated in a secure and quiet cul-de-sac amid landscaped gardens and grounds. It will appeal to people seeking a tranquil lifestyle.
The swimming pool and patio are elevated, providing privacy and peace and enchanting, unobstructed, panoramic views of vineyards, town and sea. The outlook is south facing, thus ensuring sun is on the pool and patio all day from sunrise to sunset. There is easy access via Roman steps to a shallow pool depth of 1 metre that slopes to a depth of 2 metres. The outside pool shower is also secluded.
Please note that although Spain is famous for its sun, it can be very cold outdoors, in winter, but the annexe does have central heating and also a portable air conditioner for summer. A washing machine is situated in the nearby utility room of the patio.

Our villa and pool are cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedlinen and house towels are included in the price, changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach towels
About Moraira, Costa Blanca
An exclusive location with beautiful coastline and great facilities including shopping, sports, a castle and great restaurants. Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.
Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.
There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.
Owner's Tips...
The location is the upmarket town of Moraira, considered by neighbouring towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe, as The Jewel in The Crown of the Costa Blanca. Within easy walking distance of Villa Santiago, it proudly presents an inviting social and cultural centre, located within the town’s safe, free car park which also contains a superb medical centre.
From here, a walk down the boulevard of overhanging trees and sparkling fountains to the medieval castle on the seafront, is a delight to be encountered. The exquisite beach of Ampolla is nearby, but a longer, leisurely walk from the town along its attractive, sightseeing coast road to the beach of El Portet is recommended.
There are also 2 golf courses 10 minutes drive away and local bars and supermarkets are within a 7 minute walk of the villa
Guests will be greeted on arrival with a welcome pack and bottle of chilled sparkling Spanish cava.
Take a sailing trip along the coast on a catamaran from Denia, viewing the rugged landscape of the Costa Blanca, and have time for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing along the way. There are trips to watch the sunset from the sea, beach party cruises and trips in glass bottom boats.
Drive in your own car to the mountain village of Guadalest in a fortress village that dates back to the middle ages, overlooking the large scenic reservoir, stopping on route for a traditional meal at one of the many typical, village restaurants.
Benidorm is a 20 min. drive away. An evening theatre show at Benidorm Palace including dinner & wine is a must. For even more treats, visit the Tourist Centre near the fountain roundabout.
