About the property
Villa Hermosa is a beautiful 4 bedroom holiday villa situated at Don Pedro just outside Estepona. It is offers very good quality holiday accommodation and has the added benefit of a private garden and swimming pool.
Downstairs there is a large and airy entrance hall which in turn opens, through double doors, onto the kitchen and breakfast area and from there to the living room. Also downstairs are one double ensuite bed room, a further twin room and a cloakroom with wc and hand basin. Please note the twin bedroom has no wardrobe space but would be ideal for children. Also due to the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom this villa would be suitable for anyone who is partially disabled.
The lounge is very comfortably furnished and from here there is direct access to the garden plus double doors leading into the dining room. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player are all installed in the lounge. An internet connection can also be supplied.
The fully fitted kitchen is modern and well equipped, it has a central work station and granite work tops. It is fitted with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave etc.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, this has a very large shower enclosure, separate bath and twin sinks plus wc. The fourth bedroom is also a double room, a further family bathroom is located on this floor plus patio doors leading to a good sized balcony.
Villa Hermosa stands in 700sqms of walled private gardens, with a covered patio area that is furnished
with a teak dining set. There are also plenty of sunbeds and loungers around the swimming pool plus a BBQ area. There is a private car port with parking for 2 cars.

About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
The delightful town of Estepona is about 5 minutes away by car although you could walk along the beach to it in around 20 minutes.
The nearby beach is of soft sand with the occasional large stone, and is walk of around 8 minutes away.
Other places of interest within easy reach are Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar and some lovely pueblos blancos such as Casares and Gaucin.
For the golfer of course there are plenty of first class golf courses close by.
