About the property

Casa Esturion with superb views over the 5th, 6th and 7th holes of La Torre Golf Course and on to the magnificent mountains beyond.

Combined, the accommodation offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a sofa bed for occasional groups of 10. Casa Esturion is close to the supermarket and pharmacy and are a short walk away from the town centre with its restaurants, bars and hotel and conference facilities.

The kitchen, which has been totally refurbished with contemporary red gloss units and grey granite worktops, offers full range of china, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils along with ceramic hob, oven, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher to give a functional yet high quality appearance.

Within the generous semi-circular breakfast bar with its ‘Bombe’ stool seating is enclosed the microwave and additional storage.

Provision for formal dining is on the patio which has been divided from kitchen door/washing machine area by a wrought iron screen to match the existing. A light over the table adds to the intimate nature of this area.

The lounge offers luxury seating with settees, leather chairs and cube seats to a high specification along with mirrors, pictures, curtains/blinds, LCD TV and radio.

All bedrooms have twin beds complete with stylish upholstered headboards, bedside cabinet with light and an LCD TV. Bedding includes duvets, white sheets, pillowcases and ‘satin’ throw along with cushions to match the curtains. Each bathroom is fully equipped and includes bathrobes for clients use.

On the upper terraces further external furniture has been installed.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

£300 booking deposit, wtih the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £300 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

20 mins from Murcia City.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.

The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
