About the property
Comfortable three bedroom villa all on one level with private heated pool and cover.
Terrace with sun loungers, hammock, parasols and patio table, chairs and small BBQ. Ideal for al fresco dining.
Inside you will find a dining area with table and chairs seating six, comfortable sofas, TV with English and other chanels, DVD player, CD player, music system etc.
There is an American style kitchen fully equiped with oven and hob, four ring stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and patio doors onto the sun terrace with ensuite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and bath with shower fitting. The second bedroom with outside window has twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the pool. These bedrooms share the second bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, shower cubicle and washing machine. All bedroom have fitted wardrobes. Linen and towels are provided and are changed every week. Cleaning takes place at the end of each week.
The property is surrounded by high walls for complete privacy and is situated up a quit walkway with roadside parking in the immediate vicinity.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife
Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.
The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.
Owner's Tips...
Callao Salvaje is one of the more quiet villages of Tenerife but ideal for touring all areas of interest in the island. It is only 5 minutes drive away from the main motorway network, 10 minutes from the prestious courses of Callao Salvaje Adeje Golf and Abama Golf.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the local stoney beach or rocky cove and a 10 minutes drive to the buzling tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas with their fantastic man made dandy beaches, bars, restaurants and night life.
Santa Cruz is about 45 minutes by car and Loro Park that is certainly worth a visit can be reached within the hour.
A visit to mount Teide (the higest mountain of Spain) or to Masca taking the senic route passing Los Gigantes is to be recommended.
You can also make a day trip to the island of La Gomera or go out on a boat to see the dolphins and the whales.
Car hire is not essential as you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday in or near Callao Salvaje and the good connection that public transport offers with Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas but it may be handy if you are planing a trip to Mount Teide, Los Gigantes or Loro Park.
Diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing and paragliding can all be practised in or near Callao Salvaje.
In Callao Salvaje are several stores and little super markets where you can buy whatever you need during your holiday as well as a large number of bars and restaurants catering for all sorts of different tastes at reasonable prices.
