About the property
The property comprises of a finca that sleeps 4 and the villa which sleeps 6.
The finca called Debajo de Astros has two bedrooms, situated on the ground floor to keep you cool at night, it can be 40 deg in the summer one with king size bed the other with standard double bed both have comfortable Slumberland mattresses, large wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, ensuite bathrooms with shower, pedestal washbasin and wc.
Stairs leading to large open plan lounge dining room with beamed ceiling. Two, two seater sofa's satellite TV & DVD player. Circular dining room table with seating for four.
Kitchen with fitted units, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer plus small appliances, crockery and utensils.
Outside private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs, gated which leads across to the utility room with washing machine iron and board or down to the pool and terrace with sunbeds and ample covered areas to shelter from the mid day sun.
The villa has three double bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other two have two full size single beds all with comfortable Slumberland mattresses, ample wardrobe and storage space, bedside table with table lamps. Bathroom with washbasin with vanity unit hairdryer and electric shaver socket, wc and bath with shower over.
Kitchen dining room with fitted units, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine small appliances ample crockery and utensils. The dining area has table with seating for six.
Lounge with 2 luxury leather sofa's and three seater, Spanish and satellite TV, video recorder player an Xbox just in case the children get bored there are two friendly games, there is a wood burning stove for the cooler Autumn evenings. Window overlooking large private gated terrace so you can keep an eye on young children, there are sun loungers table and chairs for al fresco eating and a brick built BBQ.
A path leads down to the pool (8m x 4m x 1.4m) and terrace with sunbeds and ample covered areas to shelter from the mid day sun.
Ideal for a large family who also want a some private space or just a couple wanting relaxing holiday in pieces and quite.
Exclusivity - should you only require one of the properties, we will not let the other whilst you are there. Rental is inclusive of gas and electric.
Clean linen and towels provided, but guests are requested to provide their own towels to use at the pool . For two week holidays a change of linen and cleaning service will be done at the end of the first week. A welcome pack will also be provided.

Owner's Tips...
Tranquil setting in midst of olive groves just 4 kilometer from the Village which has supermarkets, banks with 24hr ATM's, hospital, bars and cafes - the small traditional family shops (like the old corner shops) offer excellent quality produce at very cheap prices, they speak very little English but if you make the effort with a phrase book they are very responsive pleasant and helpful.
Just one hour from Malaga or Granada Airports, car hire is essential - makes this an ideal location should you wish to explore some Spanish cities - Granada 1 hour, Cordoba 1.5 hour, stop over at the pottery factory shops on the way - Seville and Malaga - slightly closer there is Antiquera were there happens to be an excellent 18 hole golf course, in the town center the Bull ring has a very nice restaurant open most nights.
La Paloma Restaurant with Italian flavor, the owners are English speaking, quality of food and service is very good. Situated on the left A33 road to Salinas.
La Charcon - The building shaped like a castle - owner speaks English and the menu is available in English - very good service and food very reasonably priced ( 3 Pork chops chips and veg, nine euros. ( as at March 2008). About 4 Kilometers past Iznajar on the road to Rute.
