About the property

This attractive new apartment has been built in a distinctly Andalucian style on a beautiful new enclosed residential complex with controlled access in Vera on the Costa de Almeria.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite.

The lounge/diner is very comfortably furnished with television, Playstation 1, DVD and hi-fi. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine etc. There is air-conditioning and central heating.

Patio doors lead from the lounge on to a terrace area which has a table and 4 chairs and a small BBQ which overlooks the pool. The complex has very attractive landscaped gardens with tropical plants and water features. There are two outdoor pools, two children's splash pools, children’s play area, a fully equipped spa and fitness centre, an indoor heated pool (open only Oct-Apr), jacuzzi and tennis courts. There is a covered parking space for your hire car.

Owner's Tips...

Costa de Almeria is on the South East of Spain and is one of the warmest and driest areas of the Country with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.

The blue flag beach of Vera Playa is just 5 mins by car. There are 7km of golden sands with life guards and beach bars stretching along Garrucha and Mojacar. The picturesque village of Mojacar Puebla with its whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled streets is about a 10 minute drive away.

Golf - the apartment is located within a short drive of Desert Springs, Marina Golf Mojacar, Valle de Este and Cortijo Grande.

Skiing - the Sierra Nevada ski resort is 2 hours by car.

Supermarket 5 min, Water sports (5 min), water park, Go carting, horse riding, diving, fishing, cycling, walking, good nightlife, great restaurants, historic/archeological sites, Spanish markets, bars, cafes, shops, National Park.
