About the property

A beautifully furnished detached 2 bedroom villa, designed with ample terraces and roof solarium, and finished with superior quality furnishings.

Double ensuite bedroom, further twin bedroom and family bathroom. Sleeps 4/6.

Satellite TV, flat screen TV and DVD player. Fully air-conditioned and central heated for the winter months.

Fully integrated kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Garden table with seating for 4.

Approx 10 minutes walk to La Torre town centre and communal pools.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 minutes to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

40 minutes from Alicante airport.
20 minutes from Murcia City.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.

The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
