About the property

La Casita is a luxurious, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment overlooking one of the lovely swimming pools at Roda Golf & Beach Resort and is perfectly ideal for relaxing or as a base for your golfing holiday.

Lounge with TV and DVD player and a selection of DVD's and CD's. Fully air-conditioned and central heated.

Two double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and further family shower room. Sleeps 4.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster and juicer.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

Owner's Tips...

10 minutes from Murcia airport. 20 minutes walk to the beaches and many restaurants.

There is a courtesy bus which runs several times a day, which will take you to the beach, where you catch a boat out to the private beach club, where there is pools and snack bar/restaurant.

Golf course, and club house and restaurant.

Communal pools and landscaped gardens.
