About the property

Laguna Beach is built around its own natural salt water lake and has created its own private beach, perfect for wading into those shallow waters and a safe environment for children. The lake also facilitates various water sporting activities, such as sailing and canoeing, however, please note that this does not include any motorised crafts so you are rest assured of peace and quiet in this picturesque location.

2 outdoor swimming pools and baby pool. Tennis courts and Turkish baths. Jacuzzi, gymnasium and club house. Snack bar and restaurant. Just 200m from the beach, less than 5 minutes walk. A 20 minute stroll along the promenade and you will be at an abundance of shops and restaurants in the centre of of Almerimar

Two 2 bedroom apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, south facing to maximise the sun on the terraces!

Each apartment has 2 twin bedrooms and a convertible double sofa bed in the lounge for 4/6 person. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite.

Patio doors leading from the lounge to a private terrace viewing over the gardens and swimming pool, satellite TV and DVD player. Dining area and seating for 4.

Underground parking space. Fully air-conditioned.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine.

Travel cot and highchair are available.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be due..

About Almerimar, Costa Almeria

Travelling from the province capital of Almeria only takes around 40 minutes. Whilst Almerimar is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, it also has an array of sports to choose from if you decide to get active. The vast marina dominates this otherwise small resort; you can easily gaze at the yachts whilst having a quiet drink or light meal. Alternatively you can play golf! The nearby course has all equipment available to hire and they welcome new visitors. The resort has beautifully decorated restaurants, furnished in traditional Moorish style, plus there’s lots of choice for going out in the evenings.

Owner's Tips...

40km (25 miles) to the west of Almeria, Almerimar is a beautiful resort built around the original harbour and flanked on both sides by natural parks and unspoilt beaches. The town is maintained to the highest of standards, roads are lined with palm trees and flora. Almerimar is bursting with local pride and during the summer months the whole town indulge in fairs and family entertainment such as, beach parties and offer a warm welcome for all to join in. The golf course is adjacent to the marina which overlooks the original harbour where traditional Spanish fishing boats work as they have done for many years.
