The apartment is light and airy, with the kitchen off to the rear, with door leading to a laundry/utility balcony.
The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors, which lead out onto the balcony to the front. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and has a rear aspect. The bathroom is complete with bath/shower over, wc and bidet.
The lounge diner is open plan and has a TV and DVD player. The lounge has large patio door leading onto the front balcony with fabulous views of the 2nd and 9th fairways and onwards to the clubhouse and waterside village.
There is an underground car park, which serves the apartment with a lift.

Owner's Tips...
The region of Costa Calida is known for its weather, with an average of 21 degrees and 320 sunny days per year. Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the beaches of the Mar Menor with its watersports, marinas, promenades and tapas bars. Further afield you can visit Cartegena which has an ancient port with Roman ruins, several museums and typical Spanish shops. Murcia is also well worth a visit, with its cathedral and wide avenues lined with shops.
