About the property

A spacious 3 bedroom villa on two levels with the entire top level dedicated to the master ensuite bedroom, with private spacious roof terrace.

The villa comes with ample terraces, not to mention the roof top solarium and terracing around the unique clover shaped pool.

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 6, washing machine, dishwasher integrated oven and hob, microwave oven, toaster and fridge freezer.

Ceiling fans in all rooms, satelite TV, DVD player and video recorder.

1 double ensuite bedroom, upper level, with patio doors leading to a private roof terrace and views over the mountains. 1 double ensuite with kingsize bed on lower level and further twin room and family bathroom. All bed linen and towels includes except beach towels. Sleeps 6.

6 sun loungers and 2 parasols, 6 garden chairs and a table and a further 2 sun beds on the roof terrace. Pool (approx external measurements) is 9 x 9 metres depth ranging from 1m to 1.75m. Private enclosed garden and pool area. Front terrace overlooking the pool.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

About Puerto de Mazarron, Costa Calida

Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.

Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.

Hotel bar, restaurant, cafe and health spa - 20 mins walk.

Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge and seasonal).

Various food and craft markets locally on different days

Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park

Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.

Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive.

The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.

Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive)

Murcia and Alicante airport (50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins) serviced by low cost airlines (transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday).
