About the property
Situated only a few minutes walk from the beach and all amenities, this well located 1 bedroom apartment has superb sea and mountain views.
The sun is on the large private patio for most of the day and this area is well equipped with patio furniture and a built in barbeque.
El Catalan has a double bed in the bedroom - it also also a sofa bed in the living room for a further 2 people if required. The bathroom contains bath with shower, wc and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer and other equipment includes satellite TV. There is parking outside the apartment.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips...
Estartit is the ideal location for a holiday and this apartment is within walking distanced of all amenities. There are plenty of Restaurants and Bars, and it is a favourite location for diving off the Medas Isles. There are some lovely walks and it is the ideal base for visiting such places as Barcelona, Figueras, Girona, etc.
