About the property

Casa Ceaser is a detached villa which provides high quality holiday accommodation sitting on pretty walled garden. This villa will especially suit those looking for serious peace and quiet though is not partically suitable for those who want complete privacy as the walls surrounding the property are quite low - the villa is at the end of a very quiet cul de sac.

At Casa Ceaser there is a large double bedroom with window to private pool area and double wardrobes. Guests staying in the double bedroom have the use of the en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is a twin bedroom which has two single beds, double wardrobes and a window to the front garden area. Guests staying in this bedroom have the use of the family bathroom with walk in marble shower.

There is a large lounge has a high ceilings and TV that has English language channels including news, movies, kids and music. This TV system also offers channels in different European languages. There is also a DVD with some films provided. There are picture french doors to the large patio and pretty garden.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board. There is an outdoor dining area with large table and typical Canarian seating. This area is covered and lit so you can enjoy eating outside at any time of the day or night. A door leads to the utility area with washing machine.

The swimming pool here is slightly larger than other pools in the area and has a great in-built jacuzzi area which we think is perfect for introducing babies and toddlers to the water. The pool is electrically heated and covered.

Faro Park is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although a stones throw away you can find a small row of bars, restaurants, including a Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a small convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Mediterranean restaurant.

We recommend car hire as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and costal walks to do.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

Turn right out of the villa, left then right to be at the rocky seafront in 5 mins, there is a bench there and it provides the perfect place to watch the waves crash against the rocks, take a bottle of wine with you and stay untill sunset!
